Embedding inclusion
Over the past year, we’ve continued to embed Inclusion & Diversity into our strategy and culture through:
Leadership Development
Our Talent Development portfolio emphasises inclusive leadership, allyship, and employee network engagement, empowering leaders to role model behaviours that drive positive business outcomes.
Data-driven action
We use a range of workforce data, from engagement surveys and demographics to flexible working requests to inform decisions and deliver measurable impact.
Inclusive Culture
Allyship training and employee network collaboration continue to foster meaningful connections and inclusive behaviours across the business.
Understanding our people
Our people processes and data insights help us balance employee needs with business sustainability, supporting a workplace that reflects the diversity of our people and the evolving needs of our customers.
A word from our HR Director, Jane Hulme
“We’re proud to have reached 45% female representation in our senior leadership team. As a smaller UK organisation, we know even small changes can shift the numbers, and we anticipate further transitions ahead.
But this is about more than representation. It’s about creating a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Our commitment to the Women in Finance Charter remains unwavering. We’re focused on not only maintaining this progress but building on it – by nurturing a strong pipeline of female talent and supporting their growth into leadership roles.
Together, we’re shaping a more inclusive future.”
